Historic Site Embraces Walkability, Local Businesses, and Environment.

The Chatham Eldredge Garage Redevelopment Project builds on the site’s rich history. It advances the historic gas station property to an era of electrified transportation and environmental stewardship.

The Project will add green space, natural storm water management, parking, trees, native plants and convenient EV charging stations for visitors, residents and employees of local businesses.

Rivermoor Energy and project partner Weston & Sampson engineering planned, developed, obtained grant funding, and created the financial and operational plan for this industry-leading project, which will include a combination of Level 3 DCFC fast charging stations and conventional Level 2 charging stations. The Chatham EV charging hub opened to the public in March, 2025.
